5K PR - 07/06/2023Fastest 5K timeProbably the longest standing PB, because right after this had a surgery which made me bed ridden for 6 months.

There was a time when my mind decided to end everything. Somehow, that same mind carried me across a marathon finish line. Running didn't make every problem disappear. It just gave me somewhere to go when I couldn't find a way forward. Completing a marathon didn't change me, training for one did.
